Acts as the day-to-day project contact with junior level clients, creative teams and other agency partners

Helps with budget tracking and reviews monthly client billing for accuracy
Manages campaign deliverable lists working between media and production
Leads creative trafficking process with an eye toward efficiency
Works across departments to facilitate the process of developing great work
Recognizes scope changes and elevating to Brand Supervisor
Manages multiple smaller projects and supports more senior brand team members on larger projects
Works alongside strategy and brand management leaders to produce project creative briefs
Responsible for opening jobs, building project schedules, calendaring and timeline management of projects
Capture comprehensive and accurate meeting notes, documenting key decisions, action items, and next steps, and coordinate with the internal teams.

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in advertising (or related major), or equivalent experience.
2-4 years of advertising agency experience managing “the making” or delivery of great work
Strong written and verbal communication skills
National brand experience preferred.
Desire to build a career in brand management within an agency environment.

The manager acts as a key point of contact, ensuring project objectives are met by coordinating with creative, media and production teams. Responsibilities include managing project timelines and budgets, facilitating the creative trafficking process and assisting with billing.The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with 2-4 years of relevant agency experience and a desire to grow in brand management.
