VaynerSpeakers wants you to be our next great agent. Learn best practices from seasoned sales professionals on how to represent talent, manage deal flow, and create an active sales pipeline. This opportunity is for the person who wants to invest in themselves and follow their entrepreneurial spirit. We seek an energetic and outgoing person with an eagerness to learn. You’ll focus on aiding our active sales efforts, understanding our current business strategy, and we will provide you with all of the tools, knowledge and resources to become a great agent working on your own sales pipeline with unlimited potential.
This position is required to come into our NYC office four days a week.
What You'd Do:
Source and compile information on speakers in a consistent and accurate manner
Research events and potential buyers
Maintain our database of deals, speakers, and buyers, with up to date and accurate information, constantly updating with new information over time
Protect proprietary information about each specific deal
Manage an active deal flow of contracts
Coordinate with our marketing team to create custom sales pitches
Perform administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as needed
What You've Got:
An interest in a long term career in sales
A willingness to learn and an outgoing personality
Ability to multitask and work quickly under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ethics and integrity
Experience that demonstrates the ability to multitask and constantly reprioritize
Familiarity with G Suite
Experience in the events, hospitality, or travel industry
