Responsibilities
Support AD and DNS / DHCP / IPAM system-based processes.
Define and implement AD and DNS / DHCP / IPAM support procedures.
Manage AD and DNS / DHCP / IPAM business requirements and processes.
Write and/or review system specifications, including output requirements, flow charts and technical diagrams.
Ability to learn SailPoint IdentityIQ/SecurityIQ applications.
Develop procedures and interpret and apply policy for area of expertise to achieve specified outputs, or advise the wider business on application of policy, then monitor implementation of those procedures within the organization.
Provide specialist advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolving complex or contentious queries and issues and enabling others to take appropriate actions.
Discuss and recommend more complex or innovative technical developments to improve the quality of the products to better meet users’ needs.
Document complex \"as is\" and \"to be\" processes and describe the changes required to migrate to the \"to be\" capability to record accurately the change required.
Assist in planning and managing the delivery of projects within an area of professional expertise, using an appropriate project management methodology to give assurance that intended outcomes are achieved.
Technical Skills/Experience
Should have 3 + years working experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS / DHCP / IPAM, and other related infrastructure.
Proven hands-on experience with identity, access and authentication management, and related tools and technologies.
Proven hands-on experience with networking solutions such as DNS / DHCP / IPAM and related technologies.
Support AD and DNS / DHCP / IPAM system-based processes:
Define and implement AD and DNS / DHCP / IPAM support procedures
Manage AD and DNS / DHCP / IPAM business requirements and processes.
Writes and/or reviews system specifications, including output requirements, flow charts and technical diagrams.
Strong and proven scripting skills using PowerShell, etc.
Enterprise level experience required
Below Are Additional Preferred Skillsets
Event/log analysis and troubleshooting skills.
System monitoring and event analysis skills.
Knowledge with SailPoint IdentityIQ/SecurityIQ applications.
Direct experience with Infoblox is preferred
Financial Services experience preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s: Computer and Information Science, Bachelor’s: Information Technology, High School (HS) (Required)
