We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a Senior Director of Key Accounts with experience in strategic market leadership and sales team management. You will lead directors of remote teams, creating and executing market growth strategies, and supporting customer relationship management. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in leading regional sales teams, developing sales strategies & campaigns, and managing key performance indicators. The ideal candidate will have a combination of  7-10 years of proven sales and sales leadership success, with at least 5 years in a national or regional sales leadership role and a proven track record in achieving successful outcomes and supporting your team to exceed your stated collective goals.

You Will:

  • Provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching to enhance team capabilities and product knowledge.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet business targets and adapt to market changes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and meet sales targets.

  • Leverage advanced analytics and market research to develop targeted campaigns that increase customer engagement across the full life-cycle.

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging your team to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.

Must Have’s:

  • 7-10 years experience in sales, account management, sales support, etc. 

  • 5-7 years of relevant leadership experience, preferably in leading leaders.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.

  • Demonstrated ability in sales leadership, business development, presentation skills, and strategic planning.

  • Extensive experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.

  • Excellent analytical skills to forecast market trends and team performance.

  • Proven ability to work in a matrix environment and lead teams through business changes.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM tools, ideally Salesforce and Zoom.

  • Willingness to travel.

Nice to Have’s:

  • Additional certifications in sales or management.

  • Previous experience in tech-driven sales environments.

  • Ability to cater to a diverse market.

  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and SaaS platforms.

Compensation Range of

Annual Salary: $140,000.00 - $165,000.00

(Depending on experience, skill set, qualifications, and other relevant factors.)
