What you bring to SBHG (Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree preferred.
• Five (5) years of experience working as a System Administrator for Electronic Medical Record software systems providing technical support and system development may be substituted for the education requirement.

• Three (3) years of experience as a System Administrator for Electronic Medical Record software systems is required. Two (2) years of experience using the myEvolv EMR system is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing finance configurations in Electronic Medical Record software systems at a System Administrator level is required. Experience managing finance configurations in the myEvolv EMR system is preferred.
• Familiarity with mental health billing standards is required. Familiarity with Los Angeles County, Santa Clara County, and/or other California DHCS billing specifications is preferred.
• Prior experience and demonstrated proficiency in end-user technical support is required.
• Prior experience and demonstrated proficiency in utilizing project management methodologies is required.

• A valid California Driver's License is required.

How you will make a difference (Job Overview):

The Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Finance Software Analyst position is responsible for managing finance configurations within the myEvolv EMR system and serving as an escalation point for billing-related technical support. Duties include interpreting billing manuals, collaborating with various departments, and attending county and state meetings to gather specifications and ensure compliance with billing requirements. This role will also provide training, streamline processes, and lead projects related to finance configurations for new program implementations. .

Division/Program Overview:

The EMR Department collaborates closely with Clinical, Quality Assurance, and Finance teams, as well as software vendors to deliver content updates, conduct workflow analysis, and implement enhancements. This role focuses on optimizing EMR finance functionality, providing training, and offering dedicated support to clinical and finance users.
