We're seeking an experienced and innovative leader to join our team as the Director of Product Development. This role requires a strong technical foundation, proven leadership capabilities, and a passion for driving innovation. The Director will be responsible for guiding the development process, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software, and spearheading strategic technology initiatives to support our long-term goals.

What a Day in the Life Looks Like:

Lead and manage the software development team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement software development strategies aligned with business goals.
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products on time and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
Collaborate with peers across the organization to ensure positive outcomes for customers.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
Manage and optimize development processes and workflows.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

What You Bring To The Team:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience in software development and leadership roles.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with XP, C++, jQuery, MS SQL, IBM Informix, and other technologies.
Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and lead change.
