Your challenge

As our Senior People Process Excellence Manager, you will be a driving force behind transforming how our People team builds solutions to enable leaders and team members. Your mission is to make our processes smarter, more efficient, and deeply aligned with the needs of our people and business. You'll connect the dots between data, users' needs, productivity, AI, automation, and employee experience, turning ideas into scalable solutions that elevate how we attract, retain, and grow talent at Taxfix.

This role sits at the heart of our People Strategy & Insights team, where we believe in unlocking human potential and creating real organisational impact. You’ll partner with a broad range of stakeholders to identify opportunities, design future-ready processes, and embed a mindset of continuous improvement and agile ways of working.

Your responsibilities

• Identify automation opportunities and collaborate with HR Tech, IT, Finance and others to design, build and deploy scalable technology solutions, especially leveraging Workday and low-code/no-code platforms.

• Lead and hands-on build solutions that enhance productivity, employee and leaders' experience and decision making, using tools such as Notion, Google Cloud and Workspace, Zapier (or similar), AI Gemini applications, and more.

• Design intuitive, agile, and employee-centric future state processes using lean and design thinking principles, and translate these into actionable roadmaps and SOPs.

• Identify automation opportunities and collaborate with HR Tech, IT, Finance and others to design, build and deploy scalable technology solutions, especially leveraging Workday and low-code/no-code platforms.

• Define and track performance metrics and KPIs across People products and processes, creating dashboards and reports to inform decision-making and assess transformation outcomes.

• Drive change management and communication strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems, partnering closely with stakeholders across the People team and wider business.

• Champion continuous improvement frameworks and agile methodologies to foster a culture of innovation and process ownership within the People team.
  
  

Your profile

• You bring 7+ years of experience in process design and excellence, or transformation roles, preferably in tech-driven or agile organisations focusing on talent-related topics.

• You have hands-on experience with building automations and solutions in an enterprise environment, a strong grasp of process mining, automation (e.g., RPA, low-code), and system optimisation.

• You think in systems and love solving problems with data. You're fluent in process documentation (BPMN, SOPs) and have a track record of delivering measurable improvements.

• You're an empathetic communicator, able to align diverse stakeholders and lead change with clarity and confidence.

• You’re energised by continuous improvement and innovation, and you enjoy sharing best practices, prototyping new ideas, and learning about emerging HR technologies.

• Experience with lean, Six Sigma, or agile certifications is a plus, as is any exposure to DEI-focused transformation or people-centred design.
