Responsibilities
- Responsible for the success of implementation project plans. Coordinate the customer stakeholders to ensure that all project phases are completed on time and within budget while delivering an industry-leading customer experience. Gradually plan and oversee the second phase of clinical cases and beyond at new Versius installations.
- Undertake case support & troubleshooting in the Operating Room for surgical teams who are trained to use Versius. Act as the first point of customer contact for technical and support issues, by ensuring the customer can reach you swiftly. Responsible for ensuring feedback and complaints are recorded and tracked to aid post-market surveillance and product improvement in each account. Promptly implement corrective actions, as and when required and provide ongoing advice and guidance to maximise utilisation of Versius.
- Track the ongoing success of the robotic programme through carrying out Versius Service. Delivery Reviews in your accounts, sharing these with the relevant stakeholders and promptly highlighting corrective and preventative actions.
- Conduct Versius training of customers, guiding new surgical teams through their initial learning curve with Versius so they are empowered to move to a mature service relationship with CMR, and can be supported sustainably and cost-efficiently.
- Support the team with internal planning and forecasting processes, as and when required, producing and sharing Versius system utilization reports with all the relevant stakeholders. Take an active role in identifying the need for and creating new documentation/collateral to sup-port the Implementation teams’ activities.

About you
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have/be:
Essential
- Evidenced experience in Operating Room process management or hospital staff education development/training
- Business Acumen- Ability to function within an executive business environment
- Training Ability - demonstrated experience in customer and peer training, specifically related to advanced technology within a clinical environment.
- Interdependent Partnering - demonstrated record/examples of cooperating across functions
- Inherently Self Disciplined - much of the role will be autonomous and require diligent and persistent follow up
- Strong project management and organizational skills, highly organised - being responsible for a variety of key planning and coordinating activities.
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues and build strong long-term relationships with key opinion leaders.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills to assess the profitability of different scenarios
You will be fluent in Portuguese and have an excellent professional knowledge of English and willing to travel 90% of the time
It would also be helpful if you have:
- Life science degree preferred or equivalent clinical/medical degree or experience
- Experience of Minimal Access Surgery, Navigation and/or Robotics
