Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our B2B Sales team.  This role is responsible for driving sales and expanding the market presence of our comprehensive suite of sustainability products across Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainable solutions, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients across various industries.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Driving sales across Ireland and expanding the market presence of our suite of sustainability and mobility products.
  • Identifying and targeting potential clients across Ireland for our existing and soon to launch sustainability and mobility products.
  • Implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.  Sharing knowledge with the team to improve sales strategies.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Understanding client needs and tailor solutions to meet their sustainability goals.
  • Adapting promotional materials and campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date reports of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions.  
  • Preparing regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, sharing insights and recommending improvements based on sales data and client feedback.

Requirements

You should bring the following:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the sustainability, mobility, parking or technology sectors.
  • Strong network of business and/or public sector contacts in Ireland.
  • Strong understanding of sustainable mobility solutions and corporate sustainability initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
