Key responsibilities:

Job description

● Create accurate 2D and 3D drawings, plans, and models using SketchUp and CAD software, based on specifications provided by engineers, architects, or designers

● Perform thorough checks to ensure all drawings are complete, clear, and accurate before submission.

● Assist in the identification and procurement of second fix materials (e.g., fixtures, fittings, finishes) from suppliers in China, ensuring materials meet UK specifications and quality standards while supporting cost-effective sourcing.
