Spain-Focused HR Operations

Ensure compliance with Spanish labor law; conduct internal HR documentation audits.
Manage full-cycle HR operations for our Spanish team: contracts, promotions, vacations, maternity/paternity leave, terminations (including complex cases), etc.
Coordinate with outsourced payroll providers and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
Provide visa and relocation support for expat employees in Spain.

Global People Operations Support

Establish and maintain scalable operational processes for our distributed remote team.
Maintain accurate HRIS records and documentation. Ensure clean data for People analytics.
Support benefits management, reimbursements, and related administration across countries.
Support global HR operations, including IC contractors, EoR employees, and employees in UK, Serbia and Cyprus with local providers.

People Experience & Admin

Support logistics for business travel, coworking access, and anniversary gifts.

Participate in People projects and initiatives, contributing HR operational expertise.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably in tech or remote-first environments.

In-depth knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR documentation practices.

Experience managing outsourced payroll providers.

Proven ability to manage HR processes autonomously and handle sensitive matters with discretion.

Hands-on experience with HRIS and process automation tools.

Experience in supporting visa processes and expat relocations is a strong plus.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).

Comfortable working independently in a fully remote team.
