Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits 

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is passionate about delivering virtual mental health care. This fully remote role allows you to provide therapy from the comfort of your home, while helping individuals, couples, and families navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and more.

You’ll enjoy clinical independence, flexible scheduling, and the chance to serve a diverse population without the administrative burdens of traditional practice.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide virtual therapy to adults, adolescents, couples, and/or families using a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
• Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes within our user-friendly EHR system.
• Apply culturally responsive, trauma-informed care that reflects clients' identities and experiences.
• Coordinate with other professionals and refer clients to additional services as appropriate.
• Participate in optional peer consultation groups and continuing education opportunities.

Requirements

• Active LCSW license in California (Required; must be in good standing).
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program.
• At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience (more preferred).
• Must reside in California and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience providing therapy for a range of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship issues.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and digital documentation tools.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a private, confidential workspace.
