Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

As a Remote LCSW, you’ll:

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
• Conduct intake assessments, create treatment plans, and monitor progress toward client goals.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Apply trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches in a culturally competent manner.
• Coordinate care as needed with referring providers or support systems.
• Participate in optional clinical consultations, peer learning, and continuing education opportunities.

Requirements

• Active LCSW license in the state of California (in good standing).
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Must reside in California and have reliable internet access and a private, confidential space to conduct sessions.
• Minimum 1 year of post-licensure experience providing therapy (more preferred).
• Experience with telehealth platforms and digital documentation.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to ethical practice..
