We are seeking a Business Development Manager - China who will lead our efforts in expanding our market presence in this key region. This role involves not only building and nurturing relationships with potential clients but also promoting our extensive product offerings tailored to the needs of the Chinese market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to increase CEQUENS' market share in China.
  • Identify and establish relationships with potential customers, partners, and stakeholders through networking and targeted outreach efforts.
  • Conduct market research to understand local trends, competition, and customer preferences specific to the Chinese market.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that outline CEQUENS' value proposition and tailored solutions for customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment with market needs.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively, keeping records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems.
  • Prepare and present reports on business development activities, forecasts, and account metrics to senior management.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to further enhance networking and brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within CpaaS, SaaS or telecommunications sector.
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written) to effectively communicate with local clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the Chinese market, culture, and business practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.
