Job description

We are looking for a highly talented and creative Digital Advertising and Social Post Designer to join our fast-paced marketing team. This role focuses on designing compelling visual content for digital advertising and social media campaigns, with a strong emphasis on graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics, to drive engagement and performance across multiple platforms.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics specifically for social media advertising and organic posts on Meta and similar platforms (e.g., TikTok, LinkedIn) as well as standard IAB advertising creative, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality work.
  • Design Proficiency: Expert-level skills in design suites such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Canva, with the ability to create polished, professional assets.
  • Video Editing Skills: Strong ability to edit and produce engaging video content tailored for digital ads and social media platforms.
  • Motion Graphics: Proficiency in creating motion graphics (e.g., using Adobe After Effects) to enhance advertising and social media content.
  • Brand Adherence: Proven experience adopting and strictly adhering to existing brand standards while maintaining consistency and quality.
  • Data-Driven Creativity: Ability to analyze creative performance metrics (e.g., CTR, engagement rates) and iterate designs based on data to optimize results.
  • High-Volume Environment: Comfortable producing and testing new creative assets weekly in collaboration with an ads manager, thriving in a fast-paced, high-output setting.
  • AI: Demonstrate that they are leaning into AI to improve efficiency and output of the designs.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with 3D design software is a plus but not required.
  • Experience working on US-based or Western Brands

Communication & Project Management:

  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with ads managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering assets of the highest quality.
