Job description

Job Title: Customer Review Coordinator
Location:
Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
500 USD/month base pay + 10 USD bonus per verified 5-star Google review

Work Schedule:

Wednesday: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM (CST)
Saturday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

Were looking for a friendly and reliable remote Customer Review Coordinator to follow up with past customers and collect verified 5-star Google reviews. You'll use phone, text, and email to check in with clients after their projects, ensure they had a great experience, and kindly encourage them to leave a review. No cold calling, no high-pressure sales, just helpful follow-ups with real customers who already know and trust the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to previous customers via OpenPhone (calls and texts).
  • Ask about their experience and request a Google review.
  • Follow up with customers who haven't left a review yet.
  • Log responses and activity in a simple Google Sheet.
  • Earn a $10 bonus for each verified 5-star review.


Qualifications:

  • Clear spoken and written English.
  • Friendly, polite communication style.
  • Comfortable using OpenPhone, Gmail, and Google Sheets.
  • Reliable, with strong follow-up habits and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn (full training and scripts will be provided).


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior experience in customer service, support, or phone-based roles.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple follow-ups independently.
  • A naturally warm and kind demeanor, especially when dealing with unhappy clients.
