Italian and English Gaming Support Agent
Location: Albania, Kosovo, Romania, Greece, or Serbia
Contract Type: Remote

Are you passionate about gaming and great at problem-solving? Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Gaming Support Agent to provide top-tier customer service for a major game studio. In this role, youll assist players with technical issues, account questions, and gameplay concerns. You'll be part of a collaborative support team, guided by experienced leaders and supported with ongoing training to boost your skills and career growth.

Youll stay current with game updates, launches, and brand info so you can help players get the most out of the games they love.

Requirements:
- Fluency in both Italian and English
- You are based in Albania, Kosovo, Romania, Greece, or Serbia
- A strong passion for gaming and knowledge of the industry
- You own a modern gaming setup (PS4, PS5, Xbox One/Series X, Nintendo Switch, or a gaming PC/laptop)
- You're a quick learner with strong troubleshooting skills
- A dedicated, quiet workspace at home
- Bonus: Previous experience in customer support is a plus

Tech Requirements:
️- A stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps up/down, latency under 200ms)
8GB RAM minimum Windows 10 (64-bit) or macOS 10.11 or newer
