Contentsquare is looking to hire an experienced Strategic Consultant with a consulting and/or a SaaS background to join our team. In this role, you will help clients harness the power of Contentsquare’s data analytics solutions to drive business decisions, optimize customer experiences, and achieve measurable impact. You will learn our customers’ data and analytics needs, translate those needs into technical comprehensive strategies and services, and play a critical role in the success of our customers. You will work closely with our Customer Success, Product, Sales, Technical Support, and other Professional Services roles to provide a world-class customer experience.

What you'll do:
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver consulting projects, ensuring a seamless customer experience and maximizing the strategic value of Contentsquare’s solutions.
  • Manage the project lifecycle from end to end, such as developing project timelines, identifying and mitigating risks, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring the timely completion of projects.
  • Form close relationships with our customers. Our customers will consider you part of their team.
  • Serve as the trusted advisor and challenge a wide variety of audiences and stakeholders to create solutions that best meet their needs, including: CRO teams, marketers, IT and Support teams, UX/UI designers, product managers, engineers, and C-level executives.
  • Become an expert in our product and in the larger analytics space. You will leverage this knowledge to contribute to internal initiatives by refining consulting methodologies, developing scalable frameworks, and sharing industry insights to enhance Contentsquare’s strategic services offering.
  • Dive into our platform and surface quantifiable insights that are aligned with customers’ key business objectives
  • Advocate for the best customer experience. Internally, you’ll serve as the voice of our customers when defining product requirements with engineers or helping marketers educate the world about analytics.

  • What you'll need to succeed:
  • Highly skilled problem-solving abilities (quantitative, conceptual, analytical)
  • Experience consulting and providing recommendations to clients and stellar oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to lead initiatives, manage timelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledgeable with web/app development & performance (HTML, CSS, JS, tagging
  • technologies, mobile SDKs)
  • Knowledge of the analytics market and data infrastructure
  • Proven ability to present technical concepts effectively
  • (Bonus) Experience working with Contentsquare products
  • (Bonus) Experience with SQL, data warehouses, data pipelines, and BI tools
  • Within Your First 30 Days, You Will:
  • Complete Contentsquare certifications and the Professional Services Onboarding Program, gaining a deep understanding of our platform, methodologies, and consulting approach.
  • Shadow customer engagements to learn how Contentsquare’s solutions are implemented, optimized, and integrated into client ecosystems.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with key teams, including data analysis, UX designers, customer success, product, and engineering, to align how each function contributes to customer value.
  • Within Your First 60 Days, You Will:
  • Lead your first strategic consulting project, working directly with a client to scope requirements, analyze business needs, and deliver actionable insights
  • Identify, track, and troubleshoot technical and strategic challenges, ensuring smooth execution and measurable outcomes for customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine consulting methodologies, develop best practices, and contribute to scalable service offerings.
  • Within Your First 90 Days, You Will:
  • Develop deep expertise in Contentsquare’s platform, confidently navigating its capabilities, integrations, and strategic applications to drive business impact.
  • Independently lead complex customer engagements, from technical implementation guidance to advanced data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor, helping customers leverage Contentsquare’s solutions to optimize digital experiences, improve key business KPIs, and maximize ROI.
