The Data Analyst will drive business decisions by providing quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting patterns, insights, and trends to decision-makers. This role will collect, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources to drive insights into business performance. The role will produce actionable reports that show key performance indicators, identify areas of improvement in current operations, and display root cause analysis of problems.
Expected Duties:
- Collaborate to build intuitive data visualizations that offer deep and actionable insights against complex and dynamic business challenges in the Fintech space
- Expected to take ownership of the UX / UI experience delivered to clients across multiple data products
- Expected to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence tools
- Support and contribute to data collection efforts, as needed
- Responsible for helping identify the business data needed to produce the most useful insights and future analytics
- Expected to monitor data management processes to ensure data quality and consistency
Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
This role will support seasoned peers and management on difficult to complex aspects of the role. The individual will develop professional expertise within the role and be able to apply MeridianLink policies and procedures to resolve a variety of subject area-related issues.
- Be able to work on problems of a moderate scope which are often varied and routine where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors
- Be able to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
- Ability to apply learned techniques and contributes to analysis and investigation to solve problems
- Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions
- Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of relevant professional experience (or equivalent work experience)

Salary range of $78,100- $110,300. [It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.] The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law including geographical location.
