The Role

At Snif, our visual identity isn’t just important — it’s everything. We’re on the hunt for a Graphic Designer who’s excited to grow, full of fresh ideas, passionate about honing design skills, and excited to shape the look and feel of our brand. From print collateral and packaging dielines to  digital assets — you’ll help bring the Snif vibe to life, every single day.

We’re looking for a creative thinker with a sharp eye, who’s eager to learn, experiment, and evolve with us. In this role, you’ll design assets that support and enhance Snif’s modern aesthetic, working alongside an experienced Creative Team that’s committed to pushing boundaries while keeping the heart of our brand intact. This candidate will report into our Art Director, and will work cross-functionally with our Marketing, Social, Digital, and Web departments.

The individual we are looking for is organized, technical, dedicated, and a wizard with Adobe Creative Suite. They love (and want) to be involved in the details and work well in a creative, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:
  • Come up to speed quickly on the Snif brand principles and style guide
  • Design original brand and product-specific content to be used across multiple visual mediums
  • Create renderings and mockups of print and packaging concepts 
  • Design in-store signage and display materials for retail that stands out in-store
  • Work alongside our Product and Operations teams to maintain brand consistency, quality, and color matching
  • Translate design concepts into print-ready dielines for primary and secondary packaging
  • Produce print collateral to support our marketing activations
  • Manage and deliver wholesale retail partner .com digital assets (Amazon, Ulta Beauty, Ulta Beauty at Target, etc.)
  • Create fun merch designs to accompany hero product launches and marketing efforts
  • Bring a fresh point of view to creative brainstorms while staying true to Snif’s evolving brand identity
  • Contribute to and support product launches and campaign deliverables alongside the entire Creative team 
  • Collaborate closely with our Art Director + Graphic Designer and work cross-functionally with teams across Retail, Product, Growth, and Retention
  • Pay close attention to detail, ensuring every asset is polished, aligned, and ready to shine
  • Look for ways to streamline, optimize, and improve workflows and processes

  • What You’ll Bring:
  • 2-3 years of graphic design experience in-house or at an agency
  • Intuitive creativity and a passion for design paired with technical expertise and insane attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (Premiere and After Effects are a major plus!)
  • Fluid design approach that can translate across print, packaging, signage, and digital mediums
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and hierarchy 
  • Experience designing packaging artwork and print-ready files
  • Knowledge of the print collateral creation process from working with templates to pre-press proofing
  • Experience designing digital-first assets (ie. emails, SMS gifs, paid ads, and organic social assets)
  • Organized asset management from sizing and cropping to exporting and file naming 
  • Collaborative spirit and openness to constructive, cross-functional feedback to maintain brand standards and make your work the best it can be
  • A hunger to learn new creative platforms and seek out unexpected forms of inspiration that keep the brand fresh, relevant, and forward-thinking
  • Next-level time management, organizational, and project management skills. You’re a pro at taking an idea and owning it until completion
  • Strength and rigor in navigating ambiguity. You’re a self-starter and a team player
  • Eagerness to roll-up your sleeves with a “figure it out” mentality 
  • An intentional and innovative mindset, constantly seeking ways to make a product or process better
  • You can provide a portfolio of work that shows your high-quality design ability

  • Bonus Points:
  • Experience in visual merchandising and in-store graphics
  • E-commerce and DTC experience
  • Knowledge and/or prior experience in fragrance or beauty
  • Experience with AI platforms (ChatGPT, Sora, Midjourney, etc).
