LOCATION AND WORK HOURS
The Property Coordinator will report to the Executive Managing Director, Asset Management. This position will work remotely from the Philippines during standard US Pacific Time business hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES Including, but are not limited to:
Assist the Executive Managing Director, Asset Management in administrative functions related to leasing and lease transaction approvals, including Yardi Leasing Pad data entry.
Perform administrative functions such as travel arrangements, expense reimbursements and meeting scheduling for the Executive Managing Director.
Handle a high volume of functions and tasks.
Participate in various other projects and tasks that arise in a fast-paced commercial real estate office.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduated cum laude or better from university.
At least 3-5 years’ property management experience.
Prior experience working for a commercial real estate company is required.
Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization and externally with vendors and tenants.
Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision.
Excellent command of the English language.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must possess strong work ethic.
Must be a team player.
Yardi experience a plus.
