This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 35 hours per week, 2PM to 9PM Ogden, Utah
  • Includes 30-minute paid break

Take ownership of a strategic professional job search initiative, managing comprehensive LinkedIn-based application processes for senior-level positions. This role offers unique exposure to executive-level job search strategies while providing crucial support in navigating complex professional opportunities. You’ll work directly with senior leadership, managing a high-volume application process while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and professional standards.

Responsibilities
  • Execute comprehensive job application strategies through LinkedIn, targeting 70-100 quality applications weekly
  • Manage and process applications for pre-curated professional opportunities
  • Maintain detailed records of application submissions and status updates
  • Input and verify professional credentials and information across multiple platforms
  • Collaborate directly with senior leadership via WhatsApp for real-time guidance and updates
  • Monitor application progress and maintain organized documentation
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all submitted applications
  • Support optimization of application strategies based on response patterns
