This is a remote position.

Role Name: Tracking Specialist

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm EST with 1 hour of unpaid break

Job Description

Take on a pivotal role in our client’s logistics command center, where you’ll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth flow of shipments across multiple transportation modes. As a Check Call Coordinator, you’ll serve as the vital link between pickup points, delivery destinations, and sales teams, maintaining real-time visibility of shipment status and proactively addressing any challenges. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop expertise in logistics management while working with sophisticated transportation management systems in a modern, remote work environment.

Responsibilities
