This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week, Flexible schedule during the client's business hours, Kansas time
  • Working days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday

Job Description

Take on an integral role as a Virtual Appointment Coordinator in a dynamic beauty services environment. In this position, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking to schedule their beauty services, managing a sophisticated appointment system through both digital and voice communications. This opportunity allows you to work remotely while making a direct impact on business operations and customer satisfaction. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining the smooth flow of daily operations while ensuring each customer receives prompt, professional attention during the booking process.

Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming customer communications for appointment scheduling through both text and phone channels
