Job description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused CX Admin/Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in managing the "after-sales" aspect of our customer experience, ensuring that post-sales processes are handled efficiently and effectively. By providing exceptional customer service and attention to detail, this role ensures a seamless customer experience and helps maintain strong, positive relationships with our clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process various administrative tasks related to customer experience, including:
  • Off-hire requests
  • On-hire and off-hire confirmations
  • ETAs (Estimated Times of Arrival)
  • Damage and loss notes
  • Invoice queries
  • Hire suspensions
  • Provide proactive and timely responses to customer inquiries, ensuring full customer satisfaction.
  • Work across both our Core and Procure offers, providing support across different areas of the business.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all customer interactions and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processes and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail when dealing with clients.



Requirements
  • Relevant industry experience not essential but beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • You are mature, upbeat and have a genuine interest in people.
  • You are self-controlled, and a systematic and logical thinker

Software Knowledge and Proficiency:
  • Sound computer skills, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Syrinx SP experience is advantageous

Benefits
Location: Fully Remote
UK Working Hours: 7 am - 5 pm 
Salary Range: R15 000 - R17 000
