VP of Sales 

Runa is pioneering a first-of-its-kind payment rail that enables the seamless, global money movement at scale. About the role

As VP of Sales, you’ll be responsible for building, leading, and scaling a global team of Sales Directors, driving revenue growth and market expansion across multiple verticals and geographies. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role where you’ll be expected to define and execute our sales strategy, coach and support your team to consistently deliver on targets, and lean into high-impact deals as a strategic partner and escalation point. You’ll work closely with the CRO and executive team to shape our go-to-market direction and represent Runa externally as a trusted voice in the industry.

  • Passionate about the process and mechanics of sales: from territory planning and ICP design to performance tracking and forecast discipline.

  • A compelling communicator, equally comfortable presenting to enterprise customers, C-level peers, and board stakeholders.
