About the role
As VP of Sales, you’ll be responsible for building, leading, and scaling a global team of Sales Directors, driving revenue growth and market expansion across multiple verticals and geographies. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role where you’ll be expected to define and execute our sales strategy, coach and support your team to consistently deliver on targets, and lean into high-impact deals as a strategic partner and escalation point. You’ll work closely with the CRO and executive team to shape our go-to-market direction and represent Runa externally as a trusted voice in the industry.

What Excites Us
An experienced sales leader with a track record of strategically leading and coaching a high-performing sales teams in global B2B FinTech or Payments businesses. You understand the dynamics of selling innovative payments infrastructure in a fast-paced, competitive market.
You’ve owned global sales targets and delivered sustained, YoY revenue growth, with deal sizes expanding and consistent forecast accuracy.
Ability to own accurate, reliable pipeline reporting to support clear, confident growth forecasts to leadership, the board, and investors
A strong deal strategist, willing to lean in and unblock teams, coach on deal cycles, and act as an escalation point on commercial decisions.
Passionate about the process and mechanics of sales: from territory planning and ICP design to performance tracking and forecast discipline.
A compelling communicator, equally comfortable presenting to enterprise customers, C-level peers, and board stakeholders.
