The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services ES – Data Team:

RTX has an opening for a User Engagement Specialist ES-Data (Manager, Business Systems and Transformation) role.

  • What You Will Do:
    • Provide Level 1 end-user support for various applications owned by ES Data, namely Xeta AI.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot common issues with ES Data products and services.
    • Deliver superior customer service in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner to ensure reported issues are resolved, achieving customer satisfaction.
    • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed and follow up to ensure resolution.
    • Collect and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
    • Collect and regularly analyze metrics related to communication channels and recommend improvements based on metrics analysis.
    • Work closely with Program and Product managers to recommend and implement improvements to ES Data products and services based on user feedback and best practices.
    • Manage and facilitate internal social media communities.
    • Communicate updates, new features, and best practices to users through various channels, including newsletters, intranet, and social media.
    • Provide communications support for internal and external announcements and campaigns in collaboration with relevant teams.
    • Adhere to and contribute to defining processes that produce best-in-class consumer engagement experiences by providing the voice of the customer and focusing on constant improvement.
    • Execute on special initiatives and projects as assigned.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in user engagement, customer service or similar role and a bachelor’s degree in communications, business, information technology, or a related field or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree; 5+ years related work experience.
  • Knowledge of and experience in AI.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
  • Basic understanding of data management principles.
  • Current U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Remote: This position is currently designated as remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories). Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).  An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
