SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
This job is responsible for servicing and potentially expanding business within existing UCD accounts. The incumbent provides support to selected large regional and national brokers and consultants. Additionally, the individual is an active participant in sales retention strategy development and is responsible for meeting or exceeding retention, persistency and profitability goals.

5. Analyze and interpret competitor networks.
6. Develop and execute Account Retention Strategy

Pay Range Minimum:
$88,000.00Pay Range Maximum:
$132,000.00Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations. The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
