Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Global-e, who will be primarily responsible for the seamless integration of our solutions with our customers. This role focuses on end-to-end project delivery, ensuring that each integration is executed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Accountable and managing the full project lifecycle, from contract closure through to successful delivery of the Global-e solution.
Act as the primary liaison between Global-e and our customers, by developing strong relationships with our customers quickly and maintaining strong communication throughout the project.
Ensure all project milestones are met, and coordinating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Growth, Product, Platform and Integrations.
Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on project progress, risks, roadblocks and scope changes.
Guarantee client satisfaction through effective project management practices and timely issue resolution.
Track and monitor project performance, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and quality benchmarks.
Represent the client's needs within Global-e and advocate for project success in front of customers

Requirements

3–5 years experience as a Project Manager, preferably in software integration or technology environments.
Experience managing external customers with a strong focus on client engagement and satisfaction.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of leading and influencing cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders effectively.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Understanding of technical concepts and web technologies is highly regarded.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and adapt quickly to changing project requirements.
Comfortable working with teams across different time zones.
Flexibility to work extended hours when required.
