INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Accounts Executive(Payroll Specialist) to join our Finance and Accounts team. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial management, compliance, and reporting across industries. INTECH’s commitment to financial excellence ensures you will play a critical role in optimizing financial performance while maintaining stringent control over accounting practices.

What You’ll Lead and Deliver 

  • Accurately and timely process payroll transactions, including calculating wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions for relevant territories.
  • Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and laws. This includes staying updated on tax regulations, withholding guidelines, and reporting requirements.
  • Submit PAYEE taxes for the relevant territories according to specified deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee information, wages paid, and tax withholdings.
  • Handle all the payments related to employees of relevant territories.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports including reconciliation of relevant GL codes to management on monthly basis.
  • Prepare and submit employee balance reports to management on monthly basis.
  • Assist with internal and external audits related to payroll, providing documentation and explanations as needed.
  • Maintain payroll systems, ensuring data integrity and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll and personal data.
  • Ensure safe handling, counting, and depositing of cash in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for all cash transactions.
  • Perform regular cash counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Execute any additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have: 

  •  ACCA ,CA Inter or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in payroll processing.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills for report generation and reconciliation tasks.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information securely.
  • Effective communication skills for reporting and audit support.
