About the Role 

We're looking for a Commercial Insurance Sales Producer to drive new business development across small commercial and middle-market segments. In this role, you'll handle warm, qualified leads and help business owners get the coverage they need. This is a high-volume, high-impact position where your expertise and drive will directly influence our growth.

What You'll Do 

  • Handle warm, inbound leads and conduct consultative sales conversations. 
  • Educate small and mid-sized business owners on their coverage options. 
  • Sell commercial products: General Liability, BOP, Workers' Comp, Auto, Umbrella, and more. 
  • Develop and manage a personal pipeline to meet individual sales goals. 
  • Document conversations and manage follow-ups using CRM tools. 
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities. 
  • Partner with internal teams for seamless client onboarding. 
  • Participate in ongoing training and development. 

What You Bring 

  • 2+ year of sales or customer service experience (insurance preferred). 
  • Active P&C license (required for hire). 
  • Understanding or interest in commercial lines insurance. 
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills. 
  • CRM/sales platform experience (e.g., Salesforce). 
  • Bank Knowledge a plus 
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred).
