Humana’s Marketing organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director of Marketing Campaign Management to join the Marketing, Regulatory and Operational Communications Team working remote anywhere in the US. Reporting to the Director of Production, you will lead a team supporting the acquisition side of Humana Insurance, Retail and Specialty Acquisition. As the Associate Director, you will partner with LOB Product Marketing teams to strategize and determine what orchestrated marketing journeys need to be defined and executed to meet or exceed expectations.

Key Role Functions

  • Oversee a team of approximately 6-10 individual contributors, performing various roles, and leads across multiple product lines

  • Work closely with peers across the marketing organization to ensure proper capacity and resource planning is occurring, as well as timeliness of campaign execution

  • Identify target audiences and specific messages, channels, content and tactics and coordinate end-to-end campaign life-cycle

  • Maintain campaign-related documentation requirements, blueprints, roadmaps

  • Plan, recommend and implement marketing communication programs using a variety of channels, promotions and events designed to increase sales and awareness for the organization's products and/or services

  • Mentor and develop a dynamic team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning, setting clear goals and performance metrics, and providing regular feedback and guidance to drive team success and professional growth

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, communications, business or a related field

  • 6+ years of marketing experience including campaign management

  • 2+ years of management experience

  • 2+ years of project leadership experience

  • Experience working in an Agile environment (including: Sprint Planning, Feature writing, capacity planning, etc.)

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience

  • Ability to engage, educate, influence and guide others at all levels on the power of marketing as a business discipline

  • Progressive levels of responsibility within a fast-paced marketing environment

  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field

  • Prior health insurance industry experience

  • Understanding of marketing metrics and program measurement

Additional Information 

This is a nationwide remote role that will primarily operate on EST business hours.

To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria:

  • At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested

  • Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership

  • Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

  • Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

  • Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$138,900 - $191,000 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
