Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

We are currently seeking a Remote Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) who is excited to deliver high-quality, client-centered therapy in a virtual environment. In this flexible remote position, you’ll provide mental health services via telehealth to a diverse client base across California — helping people grow, heal, and thrive from the comfort of their homes.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct individual, couples, or group therapy sessions via secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.
Complete comprehensive intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation using our electronic health record (EHR) system.
Provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed care that aligns with clients' unique backgrounds and identities.
Collaborate with other clinicians, case managers, or psychiatric providers as needed for continuity of care.
Attend clinical team meetings and participate in optional supervision and professional development programs.

Requirements

Active LPCC license in the state of California (required).
Master's degree in Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Must reside in California and be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Minimum 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience (more preferred).
Experience treating common diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
Strong telehealth skills and comfort with digital platforms for scheduling, documentation, and virtual sessions.
Private, confidential space for conducting virtual therapy sessions.
