We are seeking a skilled Software Engineering Consultant to collaborate with us on an exciting opportunity. As IT consultants, we have a global team and have seen significant success in the US market. However, our engineers are currently occupied with their responsibilities and unable to participate in new job interviews. We are in need of a dedicated representative with excellent communication and technical skills to attend interviews on their behalf.

Description:

Your primary focus will be securing US-based software engineering jobs on platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed. Many of these positions offer high salaries and are typically exclusive to domestic engineers. If you consider yourself a top candidate for this opportunity, you would be managing 7 or 8 full-time jobs with the selected developers at the same time.

In this role, you will:

Attend interviews using the personal information of our US engineers to secure jobs. We will provide a professional LinkedIn or Indeed account with your photos, but all other details will reflect our US engineer's credentials, including employment history and education.
Handle the entire interview process, including introductory, technical, and cultural interviews. You will be responsible for all technical sessions without support.
Once a job is secured, our team will manage the project from start to finish. You will assist in the hiring process for developers who will manage the jobs secured by the technical consultant.
The technical consultant supports the necessary processes for onboarding and background checks once a job is secured, ensuring successful job commencement and maintenance.

Requirements:

Fluency in English is a must.
Strong technical background and professional team experience in C#/.NET/ASP.NET, Angular, React, SQL Server, Azure, AWS Cloud.
