Were looking for a Marketing Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of creativity, organization, and execution. You'll be responsible for managing and coordinating marketing initiatives across teamsusing tools like Asana to drive clarity, accountability, and delivery. If you're passionate about marketing workflows, obsessed with timelines, and energized by a well-built project plan, this role is for you.
Own Project Execution in Asana
Build and manage detailed marketing project timelines, tasks, and dependencies in Asana
Standardize templates and create reusable workflows for recurring campaigns and projects
Monitor task progress, blockers, and deliverables across teams and flag risks early
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the operational glue across content, design, web, SEO, and strategy teams
Coordinate campaign execution from concept through to delivery, ensuring stakeholder alignment
Campaign + Website Project Oversight
Manage multi-channel marketing initiatives including email campaigns, social media pushes, product launches, and website updates
Ensure all assets are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
Reporting & Optimization
Track KPIs using dashboards and reporting tools; translate data into insights for ongoing improvement
Support marketing leadership with weekly status updates, resource planning, and retrospectives
Process & Workflow Optimization
Audit and refine marketing workflows, identifying ways to reduce bottlenecks and improve velocity
Champion project management best practices and help foster a culture of accountability and transparency
5+ years of experience in marketing project management, campaign operations, or digital marketing delivery
Strong command of Asana and other project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Trello)
Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with confidence and grace
Solid understanding of digital marketing tacticsSEO, paid ads, email, social media, and content
Outstanding organizational and communication skillsyou keep everyone in sync and projects on track
Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach to problem-solving and optimization
High attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement
100% Remote Work from anywhere
Working Hours: 8 AM 4 PM EST, Monday to Friday
