Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tech Lead in Digital Consulting-3 to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the successful initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion of projects by providing guidance to team members on technical aspects and conducting reviews of technical documents and artifacts. As a Tech Lead, you will lead project development, production support, and maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion of timesheets and the invoicing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead project development, production support, and maintenance activities to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Customer Interface: Act as the primary point of contact for the project on a daily basis, addressing any issues proactively before they are escalated.
  • Documentation: Create functional and technical specification documents, and review functional and technical specification documents prepared by team members.
  • Ticket Management: Track open tickets/incidents in the queue, allocate tickets to resources, and ensure timely closure within specified deadlines.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure project compliance with Software Quality Processes and adhere to timelines.
  • Team Leadership: Promote teamwork, motivate, mentor, and develop subordinates to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Process Adherence: Ensure adherence to SLAs/KPIs/OLAs and implement coding standards, frameworks, and tools to improve development efficiency, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Continuous Improvement: Encourage innovation and continuous improvement within the delivery team, seeking ways to enhance processes, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the single point of contact for the team to project stakeholders, facilitating communication and addressing concerns as needed.
  • Application Support: Provide application production support as per process/RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed) Matrix.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3 to 10 years of experience in digital consulting or related field.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead project development, production support, and maintenance activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in leading teams, mentoring subordinates, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Knowledge of software quality processes, SLAs/KPIs/OLAs, and project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in documentation, including creating functional and technical specification documents.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with application production support and troubleshooting.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
