We’re seeking a Jr. Paid Media Specialist to support the paid media team across various accounts. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their career who’s excited to learn the ins and outs of Google Ads, Meta, programmatic platforms, and eCommerce strategy. You’ll help with launching, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns, reporting performance, and contributing fresh ideas that help our clients grow. What You'll Do
Assist in launching and managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other ad platforms.
Help gather and analyze performance data (CTR, ROAS, conversions) and assist in compiling weekly/monthly reports.
Support the media team with keyword research, ad copy, and audience segmentation.
Collaborate with strategy, creative, and account teams to bring campaigns to life.
Monitor budgets and pacing, flagging under/over-spending to team leads.
Stay current on ad platform trends, creative testing strategies, and paid media best practices.
What You Need
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in paid media or at a marketing agency (internships count!).
Comfortable working in platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Eager to learn and grow—you're curious, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions.
Team player who communicates well and meets deadlines.
Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or programmatic tools (like StackAdapt) is a bonus.
Salary & Perks
Competitive salary. This is a full-time, long-term position.
The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.
Work from home.
Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (+/- 2 hours accepted) - PST.
