The team is constantly growing and making an impact! Now, we're seeking a talented Paid Ads Specialist to join us and drive our digital marketing efforts to new heights.

Position Overview:

As a Paid Ads Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. Your primary focus will be on maximizing ROI and driving targeted traffic to our websites and services. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely and make a significant impact on our company's growth trajectory.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive paid advertising strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience demographics.

  • Create, manage, and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.

  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.

  • Craft compelling ad copy and creative assets that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.

  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

  • Implement A/B testing methodologies to refine ad creative, targeting, and messaging for continuous improvement.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid advertising to ensure our campaigns remain competitive and effective.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align paid advertising efforts with overall business goals.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in campaign optimization techniques such as keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad creative testing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft persuasive ad copy.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
  • Prior experience in a similar industry is a plus.
  • Must be able to work from 9 AM AEST to 6 PM AEST, Mondays to Fridays.
