We are looking for an in-house Legal Counsel to manage and promote all the company's legal matters. As our Legal Counsel, you will handle a full scope of legal issues, including commercial engagements, IP management, data privacy, litigation, labor law, etc.

Your life at MAËLYS will look like…

Lead the handling of all the company's legal matters, working closely with the CFO, CEO, and other stakeholders.
Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of agreements.
Provide practical, business-oriented legal counsel to various departments and stakeholders across the company.
Work with external advisors to handle the company's IP, litigation, consumer law, and compliance.
Support the company's compliance requirements in aspects such as consumer law, GDPR, FDA regulation, etc.
Design and improve internal processes to support the company's growth.
Draft corporate policies.

You will thrive in this role if you have…

4-6 years of commercial law experience. Experience should include serving as both an in-house counsel in a global company as well as having experience from a prominent law firm.
Vast experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts.
Desire and ability to work on a wide range of legal matters, including those outside of your expertise.
Hands-on type of person with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Business-oriented with an analytical approach, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills in both English (native-level) and Hebrew.
