Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Warehouse Specialist to join our team at the Production Unit in Sofia.

What you will do

Responsibility for carrying out the physical and administrative activities of receiving, storing and distributing materials, components, parts and equipment in the warehouse.
Unpack and check the received materials for compliance with the accompanying documents/orders, invoices, etc.
Create GR of the materials, marking and removing non-compliant items where necessary.
Maintain strict warehouse inventory and track records of movements of materials which provided to / received by company employees / subcontractor / customers / vendors.
Prepare kits of components and parts for assembly.
Collect and prepare goods for subcontractors by documenting it properly in the ERP system (SAP).
Organize transportations, loading and unloading activities with available equipment and personnel.
Perform monthly / annual count cycles, generate reports and analyze the discrepancies in SAP; take all the required actions to ensure high stock accuracy.
Manage and control material handling including storage conditions, packaging and logistic operations.
Control the order in the warehouses.
Adhere to the warehouse policies and procedures and work on proposals for improvement
Support good working environment and follow safety rules.

Requirements

High school degree
Good English language skills, oral and written
At least 1 year of experience in computerized warehousing keeping, preferably electronic components and/or mechanical parts
Knowledge in inventory handling and transactions in ERP systems – preferably SAP
