Responsibilities: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Intermediate proficiency in Java is required. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative application solutions. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance application performance. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to suggest improvements in application development processes. Participate in continuous learning and development activities to enhance Java programming skills. Contribute to the overall success of the project by demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities.
