角色职责:
  • 负责河南市场冷机销售工作,依据公司战略规划,制定并执行河南区域的渠道销售策略,完成销售目标。

  • 具备一定的直销能力,协助经销商完成既定目标。

  • 收集河南区域市场信息,分析市场动态和竞争对手情况,为公司产品策略和市场推广提供数据支持和建议。

角色 目的:
  • 负责区域内销售渠道的维护与拓展,解决渠道冲突,确保销售渠道的畅通和稳定
  • 与经销商紧密协作,提供销售培训、市场推广支持等,协助其制定销售计划,提升销售业绩。
最低要求:
  • 专科及以上学历
  • 具备优秀的沟通协调能力和商务谈判技巧,能够与不同层次的客户建立良好合作关系。
  • 3年以上渠道销售或经销商管理经验,熟悉河南本地冷链物流行业,有丰富的当地渠道资源者优先。
