Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts or territory.
  • Establish professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts and meet assigned sales targets.
  • Conduct five client visits per day, focusing on both existing and potential clients.
  • Manage administrative tasks and follow CRM recommendations for client engagement.

Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.

Job Requirements:

  • Un minimum de trois ans d’expérience de ventes axés sur la réalisation des objectifs avec Nobel Biocare ou une expérience équivalente chez un concurrent direct, ou au minimum quatre ans de ventes axées sur la réalisation des objectifs, préférablement dans la domaine des dispositifs médicaux.
 
Compétences et Facteurs de Réussite Essentiels
  • Fortes aptitudes de communication et de vente.
  • Forts capacités d’organisation et de planification (business planning, planification de ventes, prévisionnel, etc.).
  • Capacités de démarchage téléphonique et de prospection.
  • Bonnes aptitudes à résoudre les problèmes.
  • Capacité à travailler avec ses pairs et les fonctions transverses.
  • Bonne connaissances informatiques (MS Office, iPad / tablette et autres outils de communication d'entreprise).
  • Capable de travailler sous pression.
  • Capable de planifier et d’organiser de manière indépendante les activités sur le secteur à partir des indications du manager, exigences du marché et besoins des clients.
  • Une maitrise de l’anglais est fortement  appréciée.
  • Une expérience dans l'utilisation d'un système CRM est fortement préférée.
  • En mesure de donner l’exemple.

 

Recommandation de répartition du temps de travail hebdomadaire
  • ½ journée de travail administratif
  • Cinq visites par jour (individuelles ou en duo)
  • 50 % de la clientèle existantes
  • 50% de la clientèle potentielle
  • Suivre les recommandations CRM sur le nombre de visites pour chaque segment de clients
