Title: Cobol Software Developer Level III (Automotive Finance Loan and Lease Servicing)

Location: Torrance, CA (Hybrid work 4 days per week Onsite and 1 day remote)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Rate: $69.18 per hour on W2 (cannot do C2C/1099 for this position)

Required Skills and Expertise:

BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, related field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Cobol programmer
Must have production and project support for mainframe applications.
Must be strong in Cobol.
Automotive Finance experience with focus on Dealer Financial Services, including Customer Service, Flooring, Wholesale Line of Credit, and Commercial Loans
Extensive commercial lending/consumer lending experience
Experience working with the following technologies: IBM Mainframe, COBOL, MQ, DB2, JCL, and CICS
Familiarity with test practices and deliverables for unit test
