RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SCRUM Master with expertise in Kanban to join our Global Lab Systems team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with disparate ERPs or software Agile teams.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with GLS team management to facilitate the implementation of Kanban and Agile methodologies across multiple Solution & Delivery teams.

- Work closely with management to create a roadmap and timeline for integrating Kanban practices within the team, ensuring alignment with team capabilities and goals.

- Provide Agile coaching on Kanban principles, establish team norms, utilize JIRA platform, define workflow and work items, refine backlog, set WIP limits, establish feedback loops, measure progress, and drive continuous improvement.

- Actively participate in Sprint stand-ups to coach, train, and support the team in adopting Agile practices effectively.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

- Certified SCRUM Master with expertise in Kanban methodologies.

- Experience with disparate ERPs or software Agile teams.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

- Ability to adapt Agile practices to meet the unique needs of the team and organization.
