We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join an expanding legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior legal professional eager to develop their skills in a dynamic international business environment. You will play a key role in supporting legal operations and ensuring compliance across a diverse range of commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and support negotiation of legal agreements related to technology, including SaaS contracts, IP licenses, software supply agreements, and NDAs
Monitor legal and regulatory developments across Latin America, particularly in emerging tech and compliance frameworks
Assist in regulatory interactions and compliance matters related to facility setup, staffing, logistics, and licensing
Contribute to the development of scalable legal infrastructure, including templates, policies, and workflows
Maintain accurate records of internal and external policies, ensuring compliance with both global standards and Brazilian regulations

Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Proficiency in Portuguese and English (C1 level), with strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
Licensed to practice law in Brazil, with an active professional registration
Strong sense of initiative, attention to detail, and ethical standards
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven, and multicultural environment
Able to manage legal tasks across international teams and jurisdictions
