This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours/week, 9 AM to 6 PM Monday to Friday
  • Client Timezone: Central Time (Minnesota-based)

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be the crucial first point of contact, using your communication skills to identify opportunities and schedule consultations with qualified prospects. Responsibilities
  • Conduct professional outbound calls to pre-qualified homeowner leads
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations about their home improvement needs
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and property characteristics
  • Schedule appointments for the local sales team using provided scheduling tools
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the company’s CRM
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics
  • Collaborate with the lead generation team to optimize conversion rates
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and script effectiveness

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of sales or appointment setting experience
  • Excellent phone communication skills with a professional phone presence
  • Experience with CRM systems and scheduling software
  • Strong ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on metrics and results
