Job description

🍊Our mission

All new medicines need to undergo clinical trials to show they’re safe and effective. But today’s clinical trial infrastructure is stuck in the past, and the cost of developing new medicines has skyrocketed as a result. Patients have to wait longer and pay more for new treatments.

Our mission is to fix this; we use software to help innovative companies run faster, more reliable, and patient-friendly clinical trials. We’re still a young company, but we’ve already had a big impact. Since founding the company in March 2021 we’ve helped run over 100 clinical trials involving tens of thousands of patients, with a customer NPS of 100.

We recently raised a $55m Series B round from Balderton Capital, with support from Creandum, Firstminute, Seedcamp, and Visionaries.

🍊About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Trial Coordinator to lead and support our UK Trial Coordinator team, ensure high-quality trial delivery, and help us achieve our mission of making research radically faster and more accessible. You’ll play a key role in Clinical Operations, driving day-to-day execution, improving processes, and helping our team scale effectively.

This role matters because our biggest challenge is maintaining quality and consistency as we grow. The right person will bring operational experience, a coaching mindset, and a focus on continuous improvement to help us solve that.

You’ll work closely with our Lead Trial Coordinator and Trial Leads,  and most importantly, you’ll mentor and empower our Trial Coordinators to deliver great work across every trial.

🍊About you

We'd like to hear from you if:

  • 3+ years of experience in clinical research or trial coordination

  • Strong understanding of ICH/GCP and regulatory frameworks

  • Experience managing or mentoring team members is a big plus

  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

  • A bias toward action — you're proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused
    Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment

  • You have high agency and a bias for action

  • You are passionate and curious about our mission; changing how the healthcare industry operates and how new health treatments are developed

  • You want to learn what life is like at a high-growth, mission-driven VC funded startup

  • Bonus if you have:

    • Experience with eTMF systems and regulatory documentation

    • Experience working in a startup or tech-enabled clinical setting

You belong here! If your experience and interests match with some of the above, we want you to apply.

🍊What you’ll focus on

As a Senior Trial Coordinator (STC) at Lindus Health, you'll play a critical management role in the execution of our clinical trials. You'll support and guide Trial Coordinators, ensure operational excellence, and contribute directly to improving the systems and processes we rely on to run radically faster trials.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Team leadership & oversight

    • Line manage and coach Trial Coordinators, providing feedback, guidance, and development opportunities

    • Act as the first point of escalation for TC issues, including  systems and documentation challenges

    • Mentor and onboard new TCs, supporting their development into high-performing team members

    • Work closely with the Resource Manager to ensure the team are efficiently allocated to trials

  • Operational execution

    • Lead the setup of complex systems and workflows, including participant onboarding software and eTMF

    • Supporting trial coordination activity on complex trials

    • Ensure SOP and regulatory compliance across trial activities with regards to TC role and responsibilities

    • Support the Lead Trial Coordinator, Trial Leads and Senior Trial Managers by keeping all stakeholders updated and aligned

    • Maintain professional, participant-first communication in all external interactions

  • Process & product improvement

    • Identify and drive improvements to TC processes, documentation, and tooling

    • Help create a feedback loop between ClinOps and Product to build better tech-enabled trial delivery

🍊What we offer (UK)
