The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically inclined Implementation Coordinator to join our team. Our company is at the forefront of leveraging AI-powered technology to transform and enhance customer workflows, driving efficiency and accuracy. This role has evolved, requiring more technical expertise and the ability to work closely with the Implementation Manager to alleviate their workload. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to quickly grasp complex technical concepts to facilitate smooth customer experiences. This position requires strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities 

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer implementations, ensuring smooth onboarding and technical setup.
  • Participate in scoping calls with customers to understand technicalrequirements.
  • Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success, and the customer(s).
  • Quickly understand and explain technical components of AI-driven solutions to non-technical users. 
  • Assist in refining and improving onboarding processes for efficiency andeffectiveness.
  • Work closely with the Implementation Manager, providing support as a technical liaison and troubleshooting data-related issues.
  • Ability to grasp complex explanations quickly and apply solutions to move projects forward.
  • Ensure alignment on implementation timelines and deliverables with stakeholders.
  • Provide proactive support to customers, addressing concerns and escalating technical challenges as needed. 

Qualifications

  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Implementation Specialist, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Previous experience working remotely and collaborating across teams.
  • Ability to shadow Implementation Manager closely and integrate seamlessly into their workflow.
