Our Implementation team is committed to creating lasting value for our customers. They advise and guide a wide variety of customers, ensuring each customer launches our platform successfully, adopts it widely and optimizes the value through our hands-on implementation. The Implementation team works closely with our customers to understand their business and structure deployments to maximize their return on investment. They are the voice of the customer internally and partner with all stakeholders to ensure customer success.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business objectives and support tailored product deployments 
  • Assist in delivering Janus Health solutions through the design, build, testing, training, and go-live phases 
  • Support workflows related to prior authorization, insurance verification, and hospital admissions 
  • Train end users and provide support during and after go-live, especially within Epic environments 
  • Prepare materials for customer meetings and presentations to demonstrate results and opportunities and track next steps and to-dos.  
  • Oversee and participate in testing/QA activities for Janus products.  
  • Identify and escalate risks related to timeline, scope, or adoption 
  • Use tools such as Excel, Tableau, or SQL to monitor and analyze customer data 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support solution enhancements and ensure a positive customer experience 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience 
  • 2+ years in a healthcare operations, implementation, or support role 
  • Hands-on experience with prior authorization, insurance verification, or hospital admissions workflows 
  • Experience working in or supporting Epic, particularly modules related to patient access or revenue cycle 
  • Proficient in Excel; working knowledge of SQL or Tableau is a plus 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Familiarity with healthcare payer requirements and revenue cycle processes
